By creating an okplus account, accessing the okplus Login page, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion on the okplus platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on okplus.net, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2.3 Registration Requirements

When registering for an okplus account, you agree to:

• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and current.
• Register only one account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Not register on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your okplus account.
• Not register using a false identity, alias, or any information that misrepresents your true identity.

2.4 Verification

okplus may require you to complete identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) procedures before processing withdrawals or granting full account access. Verification may require submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within the required timeframe may result in account suspension.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okplus Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. okplus will never contact you to request your password through any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone.

You agree to notify okplus immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. okplus will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.

3.2 Account Accuracy

All information associated with your okplus account must be accurate and up to date at all times. okplus reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent information has been provided. Any winnings generated through an account containing false information may be voided.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An okplus account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as inactive. okplus reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the platform. Players will be notified before any inactivity fee is applied.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

okplus supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). okplus does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

4.2 Deposit Terms

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your okplus account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) business days to process. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. okplus reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. okplus processes withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to verification status and payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed on the same business day. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name.
• okplus reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your okplus account dashboard.

4.4 Player Funds

okplus maintains player funds in accounts separate from operational funds. Your okplus balance represents real money held on your behalf and is not used for any operational purpose. In the event of insolvency, player funds are protected in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations.

okplus offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. By claiming any bonus on the okplus platform, you agree to the specific terms of that promotion in addition to these general Terms.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. okplus reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses have validity periods. Any bonus not used within the specified validity period will be forfeited automatically.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

okplus employs fraud detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, colluding with other players, and exploiting technical errors. Any player found to be abusing bonuses will have their bonus and associated winnings forfeited and their account suspended or permanently closed.

All games available on the okplus platform are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game on okplus, you agree to abide by the applicable game rules. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

6.1 Random Number Generation

All okplus slot games and non-live casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by real dealers in real time and are subject to the same standards of fairness and integrity as land-based casino operations.

6.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, okplus reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager to the player's account. okplus is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the refund of the affected wager.

6.3 Disconnection Policy

If you are disconnected from the okplus platform during an active game round, the game will continue to its natural conclusion based on the game's rules. okplus is not responsible for losses resulting from disconnection due to your internet service provider, device failure, or any other factor outside okplus's direct control.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okplus platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one okplus account, whether under your own name or a false identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the okplus platform or its games.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the okplus platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to okplus immediately.
• Using the okplus platform for any money laundering activity or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the okplus platform's software or systems.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward okplus staff or other players.
• Providing false information during registration, verification, or any other interaction with okplus.
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your okplus account.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the okplus platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any okplus content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on okplus content.
• Use the okplus brand name, logo, or any other trademark in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the okplus platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okplus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the okplus platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

okplus's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the okplus platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your okplus account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

okplus does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. okplus will use reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude okplus's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

okplus collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the okplus platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

okplus implements industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and okplus cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

okplus reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other okplus policy.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harmful to okplus staff, other players, or the integrity of the platform.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon account closure, any verified balance remaining in your okplus account (net of any bonuses subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your okplus account at any time by contacting the support team. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course before the account is closed.

13.1 Complaint Procedure

okplus reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, okplus will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the okplus platform. The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the okplus platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the okplus platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. The current version of these Terms supersedes all previous versions.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation.

okplus operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming laws and regulations, including those administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit the jurisdiction or authority of PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine regulatory authority.
